The LEAVES

The leaves are opposite, lanceolate and grow to approximately 10cm in length.

Lemon Myrtle leaves contain up to 98% citral, one of the main active constituents of the essential oil. The harvesting of the leaves is done either by hand or small machine.

Qzen Plantations produces the only Lemon Myrtle in the world that is myrtle rust free.
